Our e-mail reference service is monitored daily Monday - Friday during normal business hours. For more immediate assistance, visit or call a Reference Desk. Also try our chat service available during the Fall & Spring semesters. We provide reference assistance via e-mail for current students, faculty, staff of the University at Buffalo. We answer the following types of inquiries:
- Brief factual information
- Information about the UB Libraries collections and services
- Help on the use of our online catalog and reference resources
