Catalog Help

The University Libraries are pleased to announce the arrival of a new way to help you more easily identify and locate research materials. The new library catalog interface uses VuFind software to offer you the ability to search and browse the Libraries’ resources and collections in new ways.

Try a search in catalog.lib.buffalo.edu to see how results can be narrowed down, to find suggestions for similar titles, to text a call number to your phone or to link directly to a floor plan of the building where the book is located. The BISON Catalog will remain active and will continue to be the “classic" interface.
