Writing Assistance at UB
If you need personalized assistance with a writing assignment, there is help for you on campus.
Undergraduates
If you are an undergraduate student, you can visit the Writing Place to receive feedback on your work. Tutors will respond to writing questions including such topics as grammar, punctuation, organization and sentence structure. Also see Tutoring Services; the Academic Success Centers will help with paper editing.
Graduates
If you are a graduate student, you can use the Graduate Student Association's Editorial Assistance Program and Tutorial Services .
In addition, the Academic Writing Institute of Millard Fillmore College offers fee-based professional services and courses for those needing assistance.
