Use this form if you have searched the Libraries' Catalog and you have noticed what you think is: a spelling error, an incorrect call number, a library location error, an inaccuracy in what the Libraries hold, or other type of error.

Use this form to request that an E-journal be added to the collection.
General Catalog Services
Use this form if you have searched the Libraries' Catalog and the item needed is noted as "In Process," "On Order," "Incomplete Issues," "At Bindery," or "In Preservation," and you want the Libraries staff to make the items available for you.
Purchase Recommendation
Use this form if you are a current UB student, faculty or staff member and want to recommend that the University Libraries purchase a book or other material. You may also use this form to recommend that the Libraries subscribe to a journal or other periodical.
