Currently there are two general-interest newspapers published at UB with online counterparts.
The Spectrum is the student newspaper, published since 1950. The online version of the Spectrum allows a search of issues back to 2001. Some older issues of campus newspapers are being added to the WNY Legacy site. The Reporter is the UB community newspaper, published since 1970. The print version is published every other week during the academic year. The online version of the Reporter is published weekly and allows a search of past issues back to 1993.
