The Workbook is designed to help UB students develop their library research skills. It is a General Education requirement for all UB undergraduate students, including transfer students. Students are encouraged to complete it during their first year of study at UB.

At the end of each fall and spring semester, the Workbook is redesigned, and at that time incomplete attempts are cleared. Attempts were most recently cleared at 9 am on Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Please enroll and begin again if a prior incomplete attempt was cleared. 

How to enroll in the Library Skills Workbook:

• Go to UBlearns to get started or click the "Enroll in the Workbook" button below.
  
  
• Click on User Login. Enter your UBITName and Password.
  
  
• Click on the Courses tab on top.
  
  
• Enter “Library Skills Workbook” in the Course Search box in the upper left corner and click "Go."
  
  
• Click the "Enroll" button on the right of the course listed as Library Skills Workbook (ADM_LIB_TRWALSH2_070709). Note: Do not click on the title link. If you receive an “Access Denied” error message it is because you clicked on the title link to the course instead of on the Enroll button.
  
  
• Click "Submit" and then click "OK." This completes the enrollment process.
