Overdue and Fine Notices

As a courtesy, patron will be reminded of the due date via email (or, in the absence of an email account, US mail) three days before an item is due. Additional reminders will be sent one and eight days after the due date. At 20 days past the due date, the patron will be billed for a lost item and charged appropriately. The borrower is responsible for accumulated fines whether or not the overdue notice is received.

Never ignore an overdue, recall or fine notice. Failure to return overdue items or to pay outstanding fines may result in the blocking of registration for students or suspension of borrowing privileges.
