- Digital Media Resources Center
The Health Sciences Library's Digital Media Resources Center house over 2,500 health sciences audiovisual titles, 10 computer workstations, 8 group viewing rooms, a Multimedia Development Lab and a 10 workstation classroom.
- History of Medicine Collection
The Robert L. Brown History of Medicine Collection at the Health Sciences Library was established as a separate entity in 1972. It includes more than 12,000 monographs from the nineteenth century with particular strengths in surgery, obstetrics/gynecology, dentistry, pharmacology, and oncology, as well as historical journal volumes.

Current University at Buffalo students, faculty and staff may recommend materials for purchase, or may request an Interlibrary Loan for books (including conference proceedings, theses, and audiovisual materials), or journal articles.
- Wiki
We are developing wiki-based projects for our users in the five health sciences schools. These wikis may be created for use in class projects, collaborative research and writing, or other academic endeavors. These wikis are authored and maintained by the librarians and graduate reference assistants of the Health Sciences Library at the University at Buffalo.
