This Buffalo neighborhood centers on Eggert Road in the northeast corner of Buffalo.

In the Atlas of the City of Buffalo (American Atlas Co., 1894), this area is named "Kensington Highlands." The street grid shows the residential blocks which still make up this neighborhood of single family houses.
