Measurements: The manuscript measures approximately 20.8 x 17.0 cm.
Dating: It not clear when the photostat was made.
Publication: The manuscript has not been reproduced and was not listed in Spielberg.
Notes: The sheets appear to have been cut along the edges with scissors indicating that they were trimmed from larger sheets.
