Multimedia Center

The Multimedia Center is on the first floor of the Silverman Library in Capen Hall. The Center is open to everyone in the UB community. Materials housed in the Silverman Multimedia Center include DVDs, CD-ROMs, and videocassettes. Video materials are browsable and include documentaries, training resources, and feature films in all subject areas and genres. A collaborative study and multimedia creation room is available by reservation. The Multimedia Center is open during regular library hours.

The Multimedia Center provides equipment for viewing audiovisual materials, with staff members available for assistance. There are hundreds of streaming video and audio titles available, with new ones added regularly. The Libraries are committed to increasing the number of online resources available to make teaching, studying and research more effective for our students and faculty.
