Publication
This copy of the typescript was partially reproduced in black and white in Luca Crispi, "ReCollecting Joyce at Buffalo: Revising and Completing the Catalog," in Genetricksling Joyce, edited by Sam Slote and Wim Van Mierlo (Amsterdam: Rodopi, 1999), pp. [13]–26, p. 26. (Note that the catalogue citation has been revised since that publication.)
Notes
The top (original) copy of this manuscript is BL 53748, f.163 (JJA 44.079); it has the same corrections, which Joyce had separately revised earlier and then mailed to Harriet Shaw Weaver on 15 November 1926 (see LI 247 and SL315–317). Weaver then made further emendations based on Joyce’s instructions in his letter of 24 November (see LIII 146). The typescript copies are not identical: neither contains the same emendations.
