Our digital collections support teaching and learning activities, enrich scholarship and research, and provide access to rare or fragile items that may be too delicate to be handled regularly by the public.

  • Science & Engineering

The Center is a focal point for assisting students with scientific and technical questions, ranging from what types of microgravity experiments NASA conducts in space to whether it’s possible to mathematically model the growth of plants. Our experienced librarians help you obtain and evaluate scientific data, technical information, and specialized forms of literature such as patents and standards.

  • Special Collections

Special Collections includes four units: The Poetry Collection, University Archives, Rare & Special Books and The Robert L. Brown History of Medicine Collection. The rich literary and historical materials found in these collections make them invaluable to students, scholars and local, regional and global communities.
