The East Asian Collection consists of materials in Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The collection, particularly strong in the areas of history, literature and Buddhism, is housed on the second floor of the Lockwood Library on the North Campus.

The books in this collection are listed in the UB Library Catalog. There are additional titles in the International Leisure Reading Collection.

  • Government Documents

  • Graphic Novel Collection

  • Indigenous Studies

  • International Leisure Reading Collection

The International Leisure Reading Collection is found in Lockwood Library. This growing collection is made up of fiction and non-fiction books in foreign languages. They are located on the second floor of Lockwood near the newspapers and the Graphic Novel collection

Search the UB Libraries Catalog for these and additional novels and popular material in all the UB Libraries.

  • Juvenile Collection

The Juvenile Literature Collection is a small collection of children's books, including many award winning titles, which is located on the second floor of Lockwood Library (PDF).

    • To determine if we own a specific book, do a standard author, title, subject heading or keyword search in the Library Catalog.

    • To get a listing of what children's books are available in the University Libraries, do a subject keyword search in the Library Catalog for "Juvenile fiction".

Check the call number designation (listed in the catalog as "Juvenile Collection") carefully because not all children's books are shelved in Lockwood Library's Juvenile Literature Collection.
