  • Juvenile Collection

The Juvenile Literature Collection is a small collection of children's books, including many award winning titles, which is located on the second floor of Lockwood.

    • To determine if we own a specific book, do a standard author, title, subject heading or keyword search in the Library Catalog.

    • To get a listing of what children's books are available in the University Libraries, do a subject keyword search in the Library Catalog for "Juvenile fiction".

Check the call number designation (listed in the catalog as "Juvenile Collection") carefully because not all children's books are shelved in Lockwood Library's Juvenile Literature Collection.

  • George Kelley Paperback & Pulp Fiction Collection

The George Kelley Paperback and Pulp Fiction Collection is comprised of well over 25,000 pulp fiction books and magazines. Dr. George Kelley donated the material to the University at Buffalo Libraries in 1994. The Collection has been enhanced by the large number of gifts of books and magazines from Dr. Thomas Shaw and Margarete Shaw. The origins of the collection date back to George Kelley's childhood.
