“The Michael Groden Papers” has been selected to appear in the upcoming 2023 Buffalo International Film Festival. Directed by Godfrey Jordan, the documentary is a celebration of renowned James Joyce scholar and Western New York native Michael Groden, who bequeathed his works to the University at Buffalo Poetry Collection, home to the world’s most comprehensive collection of Joycean materials.
Director Godfrey Jordan, Molly Peacock (memoirist and poet, and Michael’s widow whom he met at Kenmore East High School), along with James Maynard (curator of the University at Buffalo Poetry Collection) will be in attendance for the East Coast Premiere of this noteworthy documentary on:
