Evviva Weinraub Lajoie elected to ARL Board of Directors

Evviva Weinraub LaJoie, vice provost for the University at Buffalo Libraries, has been elected to the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Board of Directors. Weinraub Lajoie will serve in this role for a two-year term, from 2024 to 2026.

As the strategic decision-making and policy-making body of ARL, the Board of Directors reviews and assesses performance of ARL committees, advisory groups, and task forces, all of which are responsible to the Board and the executive director. The Board approves the annual budget and recommends future dues increases based on the recommendation of the ARL executive director and staff.
