Sears Law Library, on receiving two prestigious honors from the Academic Law Libraries Special Interest Section (ALL-SIS) of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) —the nation’s leading organization for law librarians and legal information professionals.
Beth was named the 2025 recipient of the Frederick Charles Hicks Award for Outstanding Contributions to Academic Law Librarianship. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional and sustained contributions to the field.
She also received the ALL-SIS Book Award for Organizational Structures of Academic Law Libraries: Past, Present, and Future, Volume 2 (Jessica de Perio Wittman & Elizabeth G. Adelman, eds., 2024).
Beth’s leadership, scholarship, and continued service reflect the highest standards of academic law librarianship.
