Colm Tóibín visits Special Collections

On October 16, acclaimed Irish novelist and critic Colm Tóibín visited Special Collections for a private tour of the UB James Joyce Collection. Tóibín—author of Brooklyn, Long Island, and Mad, Bad, Dangerous to Know: The Fathers of Wilde, Yeats and Joyce—was in Buffalo to speak in Just Buffalo Literary Center’s BABEL series. The visit offered a special moment for UB’s Poetry Collection curators to share highlights from one of their renowned literary collections.
