Need a breather before finals? Starting Nov. 19, Lockwood Library and Abbott Library are rolling out a series of passive programs—simple, low-stress activities open during all library hours and designed to help you recharge at your own pace.

At Lockwood Library, stop by the second floor to:

  • Add a note to the Gratitude Wall—a whiteboard covered in colorful Post-its where you can share what you’re thankful for.
  • Take a moment at the Community Coloring Table near the Research stations, featuring jumbo coloring sheets where you can color your stress away.
  • Try your hand at the Paper Crane Origami Station by the service desk, complete with paper and step-by-step instructions to fold your own crane.

Over at Abbott Library, you’ll find your own Gratitude Wall and Community Coloring Table on the main floor—ideal for a quick creative break between study sessions.

Whether you have five minutes or an hour, join us for a few moments of calm, creativity and connection as the semester winds down.
