Temporary/Emergency Signs

Emergency situations, disruption of service and other unforeseen circumstances will necessitate the creation of temporary signs to supply important information to library patrons in a timely manner.

• Temporary/emergency signage can be created using templates available on the Libraries Brand webpage.
• Emergency signs should be dated and removed as soon as the situation has been resolved.
• Temporary signs should not be taped or glued to walls or stacks.
• When posting signs, please do not damage library walls with nail or screw holes.
• The Libraries Signage Working Group reserves the right to relocate or remove signs.
