  • Letter from the United States Veterans Bureau January 1, 1925 receiving back payment from time served in the military
  • Log detailing payment and movements while enlisted. From assignment to Army Nurse Corps on September 3, 1917 to being relieved from active duty June 12, 1919
  • Graduation certificate from Millard Fillmore Hospital School of Nursing (formerly known as Buffalo Homeopathic Hospital Training School from Nurses) class of 1914. Reissued in 1924 under the new Millard Fillmore school administration
