Digital Monitor Policy
Digital display monitors in the University Libraries are external-facing communication tools intended to promote the Library's services, resources, programs and events.
Due to the high volume of requests and limited slide rotation space, digital monitors are reserved for:
- University Libraries content
- Library-sponsored programs and events
- Operational updates affecting library users
- UBIT services directly related to the Libraries (limited allocation)
- Campus partners only when formally collaborating with the Libraries
