Evviva Weinraub Lajoie, a national leader in digital library initiatives, technology and innovation, is the vice provost for University Libraries at the University at Buffalo. Weinraub most recently served as associate university librarian for collections and technologies at Northwestern University, where she provided leadership and advocacy for information technology, digital initiatives, repository and digitization services, and open access outreach. Prior to that, she was the COO of DPN, served as director of emerging technologies and services at Oregon State University Libraries & Press, and assistant director of IT administration at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, Tufts University.
Weinraub earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in modern American and Middle Eastern History from Boston University and a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Weinraub is an active leader in many library professional associations, including the American Library Association (ALA), the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). Within ARL, she serves as Chair of the Governance Committee and is a member of the Statements of Action Task Force. She is also a member of the IFLA North America Regional Division Committee and the IFLA Code of Conduct for Volunteers Working Group. Weinraub is the former board chair of LYRASIS, a library nonprofit, and currently serves on its Executive Committee and Finance Committee.

Terrence McCormack provides leadership and deep expertise in facilitating and supporting the products and processes that advance intellectual discovery. Terry oversees UB Libraries’ information technology, data services, acquisitions, cataloging and metadata services, e-resource management, and delivery services.
