Arthur O. Eve

Born: 1933

Arthur O. Eve was a long-serving member of the New York State Assembly and a key player in establishing the statewide Educational Opportunity Program. Eve dedicated his career to representing the underserved, creating new pathways for success in education, economic development, job training and development and social services. The building housing University at Buffalo's Educational Opportunity Center is named in his honor.
