Carol M. Greiner was an active champion of the University at Buffalo. During her husband William R. Greiner's presidency at UB, Carol Greiner served on a number of university-wide committees and organizations and was an ambassador of UB both nationally and internationally. She was an avid supporter of UB athletics. An athlete herself, she helped the university celebrate the annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
