Thomas C. Barry

Thomas C. Barry joined the faculty of University at Buffalo's Department Classics in September 1970.  He earned his B.A. (1964), M.A. (1965) and Ph.D. (1972) from Yale University.  Barry served on many university-wide and departmental committees and served as chair of the Department of Classics.  He received the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1975.
