John A. Larkin

John A. Larkin was a lecturer and then professor in the University at Buffalo's Department of History from 1966-2006.  He received his B.A. in English (1958) and M.A. in Southeast Asian Studies (1961) from Yale University and his Ph.D. in History from New York University (1966).  Throughout his career, Larkin studied and taught the history of Southeast Asia, and he was an expert in the history and culture Pampanga people of the Philippines.
