Kathryn A. Sawner

Kathryn Sawner graduated from the University at Buffalo in 1964 with a degree in physical therapy.  In 1968, she returned to UB and over the next twelve years, served in a number of positions in the Department of Physical Therapy.  In 1980, Sawner was named assistant dean in what was then the School of Health Related Professions.  She transferred to the Office of the President in 1986.  Sawner was named assistant to President Steven B. Sample in 1990 and executive assistant to President William R. Greiner one year later.  Kathryn Sawner retired from UB in 2001.
