Robert G. and Carol L. Morris Sports Performance Center

Historical Note:

The Morris Sports Performance Center is the "lab space" for more than 500 UB varsity student-athletes. It features equipment for both aerobic and strength training. The space allows large-squad teams, such as football and track & field to train as a team and is essential to the day-to-day strength and conditioning efforts of UB's varsity student-athletes.


Namesake:

Robert G. Morris is an alumnus of the University at Buffalo and his family claims three-generational ties to UB.  Robert's parents Donald and Ruth, and Robert and Carol's son, Alexander, are also UB Alumni.  Robert G. Morris has also served on the Dean's Advisory Council of the College of Arts and Sciences and as a director of the UB Foundation.
