Arlene Bergwall was assistant dean of academic program administration in the University at Buffalo's School of Management. In this role, she directed undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. program development, student records, and admissions and recruitment. In 1980, Bergwall received the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service.
