Committee on General Administration and Dean's Council legislation book, 1936-1962

Collections Number:

5/3/34 Abstract:

Notebook contains resolutions of the Dean’s Council and Committee on General Administration, covering 1936 to 1962, when the University of Buffalo was a private institution and prior to the 1962 merger with the State University of New York. The majority of the resolutions are by the General Administration Committee. For researchers, this collection offers a good index to policy and policy changes between 1936 and 1962. Acts cover buildings and campus planning, academic divisions, fraternities, tuition, and all other aspects of University administrative policies.
