Welcome to UB Libraries!

Monday, August 26th, 2024

The UB Libraries welcome all new and returning UB students to the fall 2024 semester. With extensive digital and print collections and innovative services, programs, and partnerships, we offer numerous opportunities for you to explore your interests and make meaningful connections and discoveries.

Looking for a place to study?

Whether you’re on North or South Campus, there are plenty of comfortable, safe places to study in the Libraries. We have silent, individual spaces for studying alone and group study areas where you can work with others on class projects and assignments. Use our online tool to reserve group study rooms in the UB Libraries.

Searching for materials?

Use OneSearch to begin your research in the Libraries. OneSearch allows you to search across all University Libraries collections — both online and print — and to access, request, share and save items in one place. Find books, journal articles, media, library holdings, and selected dissertations, manuscripts and digital collections across UB databases and all UB and SUNY campus library catalogs simultaneously, with quick links to even more UB collections and subscriptions and CUNY and WorldCat catalogs.

You can also easily access online articles with LibKey Nomad, a browser extension that streamlines access to all UB Libraries subscriptions from anywhere.

Whether on campus or working remotely, you’re just a click away from the library.

Need library materials delivered?

Delivery+ is the free delivery service the University at Buffalo Libraries use to provide library materials for active faculty, staff and students to support their teaching, learning and research needs. Use Delivery+ to request materials from the UB Libraries or any library in the world.
