Promotional and Special Events

Requests for posters and print materials, including flyers and other informational pieces advertising library events and services should be sent to the Libraries’ Web Manager and Lead Designer.

  • All print and digital signage should be created using UB-approved branding elements.
  • Placement of promotional materials in the Libraries such as posters, flyers and table tents are not permitted without prior approval from the UB Libraries User Experience Team and the Signage Working Group.
  • The Libraries Signage Working Group reserves the right to relocate or remove signs.
